6. Third-Party Services and Integrations

MSM Core may exchange authorized business information with third-party services required to support MSM Distribution operations. These services may include inventory, point-of-sale, hosting, infrastructure, email, security, API, or other business-service providers.

Third-party services operate under their own agreements, privacy policies, and security practices. MSM Distribution does not control the independent privacy practices of third-party providers.

Certain MSM Core services may use automated processing or artificial-intelligence-assisted tools to support internal product enrichment, classification, matching, normalization, analysis, or data-quality workflows.

Such tools are used to support business operations and do not independently authorize financial transactions or determine employment, creditworthiness, insurance eligibility, or other similarly consequential consumer decisions.

This may include wholesale registration information retained while an application is reviewed and, where appropriate, afterward for customer administration, duplicate prevention, business records, or legal and compliance purposes. Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the system in which it is maintained.

Authentication tokens, temporary reviewer credentials, logs, synchronization records, and other technical data may be rotated, deleted, archived, or retained according to operational and security requirements.

10. Data Security

MSM Distribution uses reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information associated with MSM Core. Safeguards may include authenticated API access, encrypted HTTPS communication, origin restrictions, request validation, access controls, rate limiting, logging, monitoring, and controlled distribution of internal tools.

No security measure or method of transmission can guarantee absolute protection, and we cannot guarantee that unauthorized access or other incidents will never occur.

Authorized users are responsible for protecting their credentials, authentication tokens, browser profiles, and devices from unauthorized access. Users must not share confidential access information or use MSM Core for purposes unrelated to authorized MSM Distribution operations.

Suspected credential exposure, unauthorized access, device loss, or other security incidents should be reported promptly to support@msmcore.com.

MSM Distribution operates in the United States. Information may be processed or stored in the United States or other locations where approved service providers operate. If information is accessed from outside the United States, applicable data-protection requirements will be addressed to the extent required by law.
